Otto pov:
I was awoken by a giant bell. I barely slept last night. From the continued nuisance, my next room neighbor brought and the giant church bell that always sounds early in the morning.
I climbed down my bed, and walked down the stairs to the public tap to wash my face. I saw some police officers running to the muster ground. I look up and see Konrad also running down the stairs.
" Where are you guys running to?" I asked.
" It's the governor's son."
" What happened to the governor's son?" I asked. I got no answer, Konrad left me and joined a multitude of other officers who were running to the muster ground. It seems a higher authority has summoned them.
I quickly climbed up the stairs and changed my clothes. I locked my door and walked to join them in the great assembly they had formed.
" How dare you defile IG orders?"
I looked back to see who our (divisional police officer) DPO was talking to. Everyone's eyes were on me. I am the last person to arrive at the muster ground.
I was then ordered by the DPO to do twenty push-ups. I noticed my colleagues laughed at me when I did the push-ups. I received a march on my back from the hard shoe of the DPO.
" You will get up when I order you."
I was left alone on the floor, I listened to what the DPO said to the large police crowd.
From what I ascertained from what the DPO said, it was said that Zigmund the governor's son was declared missing. I was among the policemen selected by the DPO to handle the issue.
" Now you can go!"
I stood up and thanked the DPO. I dusted my dusty clothes and walked back to my room.
I heard a knock on my room door, it was Konrad. I opened the door, letting him in. He was also selected as part of my team for investigation.
We two were about to start drafting our plans, but we couldn't... The bass from the neighbor next room kept disturbing us. I saw Konrad's face turn red in anger. He walked out of my room to confront our next-room neighbor.
I followed him. I walked into the room of a noisy neighbor. I saw him and Konrad exchange blows. I quickly separated them. I saw the sound system had been destroyed. I knew it was a Konrad job. Konrad has injured his nose
I watched as he left us alone in his room and rushed to the hospital sickbay.
Konrad walked back to my room and continued our discussion.
"How about a coffee to chill you up," I suggested
We both walked out of the room and boarded a taxi to pay a visit to Gabby's restaurant.
I listen to the news from the taxi tape on our way to Gabby's kitchen. I watched as the old taxi driver drove us around the streets of Altona.
" I saw him last week before his disappearance." The old man said.
"Where?" I and Konrad both asked in a single voice.
" He asked me for directions to Riverside."
" Danke( thank you)." I handed him some cash. Konrad was already inside the restaurant. He had already reserved my seat.
I saw her come to us with a paper that contained the food menu. She was looking so pretty as always. I watch as her hip swings side to side as she walks towards us.
" What do you want, sire?" Her melodic voice sounded, bringing peace to my soul. I watch her eyes as she asks.
"Just a cup of coffee."
The restaurant was scanty, there were not enough customers. I was very surprised when Aina joined us.
" I heard the government son is missing." She interrupted our conversation. I looked at her pink lips moving from side to side. I noticed her staring at Konrad. I think she seems to have something to do with Konrad.
" Aina!" Gabby called.
"I have to go, Sir." She extended her hand in front of us and we both kissed. I don't know what I'm doing, I just seem to be carried away by her beauty.
" I think we should stroll to the river Aibe. " I suggested it to Konrad. Whose blue shirt reflected the street light that shone on it.

We both boarded a bus traveling to the neighboring city. As we arrived at the river Elbe through Klovensteen forest. I ordered the driver to stop.
" I think we should start the investigation from this site," I suggested. I know our colleagues who were also chosen to independently investigate the issue. I knew they would start at the other side of the river Elbe.
I know Lorenzo Mario and Dario Carmelo wouldn't allow us to share the same site with them.
Those two Italian policemen were among the best we have. Not because they were fluent in German, but because they always trump in any case they were given to handle.
" Here I have this." Konrad handed me some pieces of shredded wet document.
" Where did you find this?" I asked. I was then taken to the bank of the river Elbe. I saw many pieces of shredded documents. I gently checked one and I recognized the names written on it. It belongs to Zigmund. I wonder how the document came to that place.
We both walked very close to the river,
" I saw something blackish, "Konrad said. I quickly jumped into the river and swam a little bit. I saw a black SUV car lying deep down in the river. I swam up and told Konrad what I had seen.
It was getting dark, so I and Konrad both returned to the police barracks to hire a caterpillar to remove the car from the river. We don't tell anyone what we see.
When we returned the following morning, we were unable to locate the vehicle there.
I and Konrad return to the police barracks in disappointment, as I enter the vicinity of the battle. I could hear jubilation. I went to the destination to check what they were celebrating.
I observed other cops praising Lorenzo and Dario Bern after they once again defeated Konrad and me in the police force.
