Creating the coin had been an exhausting and powerful process, more so because a second one had been fashioned in secret. Events which yield objects of such power were always observed by the Gods and fate, but Daniel had found a way to shield knowledge of the second coin's existence, by having Acha present to conceal the massive amounts of energy generated and dispelled in its creation. It was for this reason alone they could now enter the Depths of Acheron, and only because each party in possession of a coin had used but half.
