“What's the legend?” Daniel asked, raising his gaze to meet the intensity of Tony's penetrating stare. “It was rumoured that Hephaestus was something of a perfectionist when it came to his creations. Only the purest of metal would suffice. He drew the ore from his mine, and from Olympus cast anything impure into Acheron. He did not want gods or mortals to possess it, and yet it was not good enough for his craft, and so he disposed of it in the only manner he knew how, but like I say, it's a myth.
