We left the oracle´s place, and I was utterly confused. “How did it go?” Asteria´s father was waiting for us in the driveway.
“Good,” Asteria said,
“She said we needed a compass. The only magical compass I know about is the destiny compass, " she said, and her father nodded.
“She also said we will find a path...” I mumbled, and he nodded.
“Well, the compass hasn´t been seen in ages. But some books talk about it... It is more a legend than an item, but I am sure I can point you to the right books for you to try to figure out that piece of the puzzle, ” her father said, and she nodded.
“We need maps, ” she said with determination, and I smiled at her enthusiasm. This mission might prove futile, but she is willing to go down fighting, and I will always be thankful to destiny f
