The next morning, I got a message from my father. "Sergei is expecting you and Zane for lunch." It was just a simple message, and rather more a command than a suggestion.
I grunted.
"What is it?" Zane asked, and I sighed.
"My father, King Sergei, is expecting us at his castle for lunch." I sighed and stretched my limbs.
"It is still early," He said, and I nodded.
"Yeah, but we must be dressed formally for today´s affair..." I took a deep breath, and he pecked my temple.
"It´s Ok, we will be there, and while we are, we should check the Vampire Court." He winked, and I smiled. Zane was all in with the plan, and he had amazing ideas, some of them risky, but I loved the fact that he was trying, becuase right now, I was coming back with nothing.
