Ecean and I are still sitting on the foldable table provided to us. I am already done eating my dinner, same as Ecean. But we are not yet done admiring the view and the Moon. That’s why we stayed still.
“Ecean, do you have a first love?” I ask. I am curious if Ecean ever fall in love before? If she had, then how did it end up? Is it a one-sided love story? Or a love from afar? Or a type of rejected love? I want to know.
“First love? Isn’t that the first person you love since you were born?” she asked. I nodded.
“Yes. It is. So, do you have your first love?” I ask. it sounded like she has a first love.
“Yes. My parents” she said
Eyy, that’s not the answer I am looking for.
“Other than your parents?” I ask
“That’s not first love then” she said. Arghh! Is she teasing me?
