FREDRICK'S POV
I stepped out of Allan's room, resisting the urge to slam the door. It's a good thing he's not just my friend, but my alpha, I would have hit him in the face for spewing nonsense but my wolf compels me to respect him and naturally, I have great respect for the guy. He's an amazing Alpha and an amazing person. We've been together for so long through smooth and rough times; if there's anybody I can trust, it's him. I can count on him to be there for me and give me wise counsel except now that he's spewing nonsense about me being in love with Lila. Just because he's in love, doesn't mean everyone else is.
“But you are." A nagging voice in my head said.
“I'm not," I said aloud, trying to convince myself.
