The battle ended and she won. The crowd was silent at first as if they couldn't believe what just happened. Davine, their champion, was just defeated by an unknown challenger.
But the silence only lasted for a few seconds as the whole arena erupted into a thunderous shout as the crowd cheered for her for being their newest champion.
Naglakad siya papunta sa gawi ni Davine kung saan ito nakahiga. The ground was back to normal. Ang mga sugat niya sa paa gawa ng mga halaman ni Davine ay naghilom na rin. Though she could still feel the pain, it was tolerable.
When she got to where Davine was, tiningnan niya ito. Nakatingin ito sa langit habang hinihingal at nang mapansin siya nito, napatingin naman ito sa kanya.
