Chapter 15 Time to Tell BODEE ROLLED OVER and opened his eyes. He was on the ship. A little girl dropped to her knees by the door with the painted “SS” and started to pray. She glanced at Bodee, who understood she needed help, but she wasn’t within reach. The blinding light overwhelmed him. He looked up and the girl was gone, but then she was back. Bodee held his sleeve up to his eyes and rubbed them as he continued to move toward the girl. Her solemn prayers were drowned out by joyous music and laughter coming from another direction. The girl was in trouble. How can others be celebrating?
