A Change of Key
ARLIN MCFARLAND AND two other g**g members rushed into the small shipping office and realized their disadvantage in numbers. McFarland quickly smashed two of the larger men with his baseball bat. The first took a shot across the side of his neck and the second man absorbed his first contact in the abdomen, causing him to double over, and then received a crushing blow on his back. The remaining three men backed against the wall and Arlin took charge. “On your knees, all three of ya. Down on the ground.”
