Mia is on cloud nine. After their date, Elon dropped her off at home with a kiss that made Mia forget how to breathe and that was it.
He had really taken Mia by surprise. He's a powerful and wealthy man, but the fact that he's that capable of considering Mia's feelings to such an extent makes her want to scream from a mountaintop or a rooftop…if she feels so inclined.
She realizes, of course, that she completely forgot to ask Elon all the pressing questions she has on her mind about what their relationship really is. Other than that though, she's feeling confident that this isn't just some excuse to get into her pants.
Not that she would mind at this point. It's the day after, and every time she walks past Elon, the tension between them is almost palpable.
