“Where are you guys taking me to? Isn't this place a hospital, a place where people are meant to be handled with respect? "Why am I being locked in this room?” I lashed out at the security officer who pushed me inside a small room.
"I'm just doing my job, ma; my boss wants you here.” He slammed the door in my face and left.
I was just sitting down in the waiting room, and they asked me to get up and go inside the other room, but I refused, so that's why he treated me that way, but I still didn't know why I was being locked in a room.
I sat down on the chair and buttoned out the jacket I was wearing, which was given to me by Mr. Good Samaritan. He hasn't told me his name yet.
The door opened, and it was him. He walked in looking so handsome and clean with his moisturized hair. As he sat down on the couch, he dragged my chair close to him and ordered the officer to excuse us. While looking straight into my eyes, he said,
“Do you know, you look good when you're angry?"
“Why did you lock me up? I have other things to do, and being here is not one of them."
He looked at me from head to toe, took a deep breath, relaxed his back on the couch, and said, "You're free to go”.
Immediately I heard that, I got up from my chair and rushed to open the door, but it wouldn't open. I tried to open it by all means, but it still wouldn't open. Struggling by all means, he walked up to me, and in a mocking tone, he said,
“Ouch, ouch, ouch, and tried to open the door in a mocking way. “I set you free, and you couldn't even say thank you. Anyway, you're free from the hospital but not free from me; that's what I mean"t."
I was getting impatient, and in an angry tone I asked," What do you want? If you want me dead, just do it and stop these games you're playing. I'm tired of it."
He was surprised but laughed and clapped his hand while walking around the room, “You really got some nerve to talk to me in that way, young lady."
“You lied to me about everything, and you think I won't find out?" he asked, looking straight into my face in disappointment.
“Lie?" I asked in a confused tone.
“You told me that you live in this town, but you just moved into this town yesterday. "What else are you lying about?" he asked, looking at me like he wanted to tear me apart.
I did not understand why he would be so invested in my story or my life, so I furiously removed the bandage on my leg, showing him that I was healed, and said in a very furious tone," You might as well not also play with me because I'm a supernatural being, and why would you be so invested in my story? Or do you want to know my story before ripping my heart off like you did with the man I saw you with in the woods? We are enemies, and our kingdom and yours do not match, so enough of all these pranks, and do what you want to do.
His face was filled with so much confusion, he lost words; he was just there staring deep into my soul in bewilderment, biting his fingers and adjusting his tie. He walked around while I turned to every side he went to, because I didn't know what his next action would be.
After ten minutes of walking around in silence, he asked, “So you're a vampire?”
I looked at him, licked my mouth, adjusted my cloth, and said, "No, I'm everything you fear".
He smiled, his hands on his jaw, like he was thinking of how to deal with me. He turned to me, dragged me to the chair, and while looking dead-ass into my eyes, he said, “Well, I don't care what you are. "I have a deal for you, and you must not tell anyone about it, or you will be in a mess you have never been in."
After saying that, he left me in the room.
I gently sat down, my hand on my chest , looking around the room, soliloquizing, "How did I find myself in this mess? Who is this man? What does he really want? What is all this? Why am I here? How will I get away from this? I should have asked Niamon to come with me. I'm not weak, but this situation is muddling me and making me go insane. "I need to do something; this is not what I'm here for.”
As I was still talking to myself, he came in with a dress and food.
"I know you must be hungry, so have some food and go take a shower. There's a bathroom after this passage, and put on this dress after that. The makeup artist is downstairs waiting for you, so please don't keep us waiting”. I will explain everything to you on our way out, but for now, don't question me."
He walked off after performing with his words.
It was already getting late, and with all the stress I have been through, I really needed that food, so I ate and emptied the plate. I went to the bathroom to clean myself up and take a shower, but there was so much in my head. It felt good, but I think it's because I had eaten, and I was no longer hungry, and it also felt bad because I didn't know how this was going to end. I was happy that I might earn some cash but unhappy that all of it was making me tense and uncertain, so after I was done bathing, I thought about it and discovered a way to escape.
