Kate’s POV
As we sit down in the fancy restaurant, that is even fancier on the inside by the way! They have a table ready for us already in a secluded part of the restaurant that has deep red curtains with red roses in beautiful glass vases to match, and there is a rustic wooden table with a candle in the middle! It is so absolutely perfect, he’s perfect... I want to cry right now! But tears of joy. “It’s perfect Carter I love it!” And he responds with that perfect smile that makes my legs turn to jello… He pulls out a chair and motions for me to sit, and I do basically swooning at how much I lov...like him. When he sits down next to me I’m suddenly so scared not of him but of how absolutely perfect he is!
Carter’s POV
Kate looks so beautiful tonight like always. As the time ticks by, we never seem to run out of things to talk about like animals, movies, school, etc etc. And by now I’m sweating and my heart is going a mile an hour. I'm afraid I’m going to mess this up when I tell her I’m a werewolf and I think she is too!
Kate’s POV
Me and Carter talk and laugh and it’s like a dream… ‘that's because he is our mate!’ oh my gosh!! Not again! Maybe I really am going crazy? “You ok?” Carter asks breaking my focus. “Oh uh yeah”. He just noticed me zoning out ahhhh! Crap crap. When I get over that my phone dings and it’s my mom asking what time I'm coming home because it’s already 11 o’clock! “What?” “It’s already eleven!” I say trying not to sound tired because that would be rude and I don’t want him to take me home. “ well I’ll bring you home, but only after I show you something” “ ok?” I say. As He walks me outside to his car I shiver a little, wow it has gotten a little cold since we first came in well it has been awhile. “Are you cold? Here.” Carter says as he takes off his jacket draping it over my shoulders. “Thanks” I say turning away trying to hide my blush.
