Attarah stood in the large marble bathroom which occupied their extensive suit, she still stood dripping and freezing in her soaked attire and behind her in the far east corner, a bath was situated, spilling its water into the porcelain ceramics. With each splash, bubbles foamed and frothed and the rich sweet scent of lavender overcame her.
Which a large engulf of the oxygen around her, she reached her arm awkwardly around her to unzip her dress. With one hand twisted uncomfortably and the other pressing her hair into knot, she struggled until a gently freezing hand pushed away her fingers and the fabric of the dress went floating to the ground in a disarray of golden silk, puffing out like a parachute and tumbling along the marble, caught by the barrier of her heeled feet.
Within minutes, she'd turned self consciously, her hand instantly moving to cover her front despite the protection the padded bra provided and with a sigh, she thanked Jane for the beautiful choice of lingerie. She did not want to imagine what Jane thought she'd need it for. The mere mention made her curl up in embarrassment.
Caius marvelled over the beauty of Attarah, she was absolutely and undoubtedly a picture of absolute perfection. She stood tall before him in her heels, her slender legs curving upwards, the plains of her stomach incredibly smooth and her hourglass perfection covered with a vibrant emerald green lace. Her hair had begun to dry and was curling in tendrils around her pixie face.
"You are so gorgeous my love," he whispered as his fingers absentmindedly caressed the satin of her cheeks. She looked up through a fan of ebony lashes and he swallowed unnecessarily.
"The bath is ready," she whispered in a chime. In moments the water was off and he stood to the side of the faucet. She walked forward and he instantly crouched to bow before her, his hands removing the heels from her feet with utmost uncertainty, gentle as though lifting the most fragile China.
He looked up at her when he placed her shoes to the side and she stepped toward him so his cheek was pressed against her smooth stomach and she wrapped her small arms around him. Attarah fingers knotted in his platinum locks and his hand reacher up behind her to caress her lower back.
They stayed in this position for a pregnant pause before she shivered and he practically ushered her into the warm water. Stepping up, she submerged her lace-clad body in the stream of bubbles and lavender. Inwardly apologising to Jane for the destruction of her attire.
It took Attarah a while to notice that she was alone, she was captivated with the bubbles that reflected her own face. Eventually, when she did look up, she found a Greek goddess before her, standing tall with his muscular body on show, dignity protected by underwear. Her hands indistinctly reached forward and within minutes he was sat in front of her in the giant square tub, their fingers laced.
Attarah pushed her body up onto her knees and Caius' legs straightened between her legs, she crawled forward, up his body to his lap where she sat, stranding him. Her fingers moved up to twist his hand which fell limply against the edge of the bathtub as he stroked her bag in a synchronized pattern.
Attarah had never considered long hair on a man yet now she had three mates who shared this, she couldn't imagine ever fancying herself with a man whose hair was short. It brought her such fascination to sit for hours and fiddle the tendrils, to watch the movement in the wind and the sparkle in the sunshine.
Eventually, her hand reached his neck and their eyes met in an instant. She held his cheeks within her petite fingers and brought their lips together in a beautiful moment that built increasingly with passion. As the fire rose, his hand locked in her hair and she pulled him closer.
In all the rush of hormones and body parts, the breath escaped her but it took Caius only a fraction of a second to remove his lips from hers and begin a rhythmic dance between his mouth and the sling stretched along her throat. The breath returned slowly to her and he held tilted up as newfound sounds escaped her.
She felt him smirk against her flesh before she found her back against the wall opposite Caius which had previously been behind her. In an instant, the beautiful emerald race vanished into delicate strings of ribbon and his eyes locked with her.
"Yes" she made out through her strangled gasps and his eyes never left hers as he pushed closer.

Attarah lay in a bliss amongst silken sheets, perfectly content and relaxed, a warmth surrounded her as she lay shrouded in peace. Her eyes remained firmly shut, light-reflecting within the lays of flesh though still, she remained calm and her eyes remained closed. The second her eyes opened, her utopia began to fade slightly but she still fluttered in the brink of happiness.
Eventually, as she lay staring at the beautifully embroidered canopy above her, an unwarranted yawn escaped her and her back arched like a feline clicking multiple times.
That it was she recognized her pain she had aches and pains in all places as though she'd fallen down the stairs and when she took a look at the sheets, they had spots of blood across them. Her eyes unwillingly widened and she glanced around, finally noticing that one crucial player of the sensual game they'd played the night before was missing.
Wrapping herself in the sheets, Attarah stood, and then instantly regretted it as her legs turned to jelly and she ended up splayed on the floor. She feared that that is how she would be discovered, lying naked in a heap of tangled sheets dotted with blood, her hair dishevelled. That fear only increased when, from within the bundle of sheets, she heard the door open.
Hastily, Attarah threw the sheet off of her face in horror, only to find Caius standing in front of her with a breakfast tray in his hands. A sign escaped her as he kicked the door shut.
He smirked and walked around her as though he had not seen her at all, sitting on the bed comfortably, he kicked off his shoes. Only when Attarah let out an irritable cough did he peak over the side of the bed and smirk.
"Hello" he rested his head in his hand, leaning on his elbow as he watched her. "Need a hand" Attarah just scoffed and accepted his outstretched hand, then she found herself standing and he swivelled to have her standing between his legs. Slowly his hands reached up and tugged on the sheets so they billowed to the floor.
Quickly, his eyes shut and he leant forward, his for head resting against her bare torso and she felt him frown into her.
"what? What's wrong?" she queried and moved to sit in her knees, looking up at his face.
"Look at yourself" and so she did, and littered across her flesh was red marks and purple bruises.
"How?... How did this happen?" she stuttered and he stood, looking down at her, he took her hand and pulled her to her feet. He dragged her to the bathroom and she stood in front of the full-length mirror looking at herself.
"I'm sorry" he whispered and she looked over herself.
"It doesn't matter, I don't care." she turned to him and wrapped her arms around his waist. "I love you, that's all that matters and yesterday was the most amazing moment of my life, it could not have ever possibly been better."
"Attarah"
"Please don't beat yourself up over this. I am proud of these marks because they prove that last night really happened. And last night was perfect."
"Oh, you sweet sweet beauty." he began before breaking in a smile and cupping her cheek, her eyelids fluttered closed. "What would I do without you?"
"Hmmm... Well, I think you'd just have to go unsatisfied" she smirked and he scoffed in shock before walking towards her.
"When did you get so cheeky?" all of a sudden he lifted her up with a soft growl and she screamed a laugh and laced her legs around him. She put her lips on his and wrapped her arms around his neck.
"I love you."
"I love you."

Attarah lay with her cheek against Caius' chest, her fingers drawing patterns. Caius gave out a throaty chuckle and pressed a kiss on her forehead before beginning to stand. She moaned and grabbed at him like a child.
"Come on princess, we have places to be." he began to walk away and she prompted herself up with her cheek in her hand, leant on her elbow.
"What a view" he looked back at her and scoffed again before throwing his shirt at her.
"Up" Attarah burst out a giggle.

Attarah walked out of the bathroom after a long shower, she was dressed in a white knitted jumper, the sleeves turned up at the end. It was matched with a light blue denim shirt and pink desert boots, white knitted socks peaking out. Around her neck was a long gold necklace which matched the gold watch on her wrist. Over her shoulder as a light pink bag. All packed carefully by Jane.
"You look absolutely adorable" Caius smirked from where he stood wearing dress trousers, a light blue long-sleeved shirt rolled up his forearms and fancy shoes, his hair combed nicely.
"Let's go" she smiled and took his hand as they exited the room which Caius had tidied during her shower. Behind them, they locked the door for the last time. "This is so disappointing, I'm not ready to go home yet" she frowned and Caius smiled.
"Back to reality my love," he informed as they began to walk along the corridor. "But first, we have places to go." she smiled gently and they continued on.

Attarah sipped her strawberry milkshake with a smile, overexcited at the flavours as Caius watched her. There was the cream on top of it and she grinned up at her mate." I love you" they were in an adorable cafe, it was small and composed of pastel colours with beautifully carved tables and chairs.
"Where do we go now?" She asked and he smiled again.
"Well, today is October 19th which is near-"
"Halloween! Surely... You don't celebrate Halloween" he smiled and winked.
"yes, we do. So we are going to buy... A pumpkin."
"A pumpkin?" she giggled and he smiled.
"I want to do normal, human couple things. And carving pumpkins seems like a pretty good place to start. I would say we could buy costumes and party supplies but as usual, Jane's a step ahead."
"This is exciting."
"it is" he replied and took her hand, the pair stood and walked out of the cafe. As they walked to where the car was parked, they looked at the portraits littered around town in the art show. There were all sorts of colours, reds and oranges. Blues, green. Pinks and purples. They were gorgeous.
Then as they walked down an aisle of paintings, Attarah stopped and stared with wide eyes as a portrait sat in front of her. It was a beautiful watercolour painting, a life-size portrait of herself. Sat in a chair in a beautiful gown and tiara, smiling happily in a silver frame.
"Wha-?" then she spotted it, on the side of the portrait was a sign that stated that the painter was none other than Caius Volturi. "You painted this"
"I did" he smiled and wrapped his arm around her. "you are stunning my love.

Attarah walked toward the big wooden doors of the castle from the outside world. She had spent the afternoon beneath the luscious shade of the orange and brown trees, leaves fluttering around her and crunching underfoot but she had begun to get cold and eventually relented to returning to the somewhat warmer castle.
The eighteen-year-old girl was truly relishing in the autumn/winter spirit and had dressed accordingly. She currently stood in an oversized browny orange jumper, ripped jeans, grey heeled boots and a round brown hat, her hair in two French plaits.
Since returning from her adventures with Caius, she had dressed how she pleased in comfortable outfits, taking a break from the fully stocked dress closet to wear warmer things and as though noticing how happy she had become by doing so, Aro did not complain.
Though little did Aro know, it was not just her newfound individuality that was causing happiness within her. For the past few weeks since Halloween, Attarah had only spent two nights in her perfectly decorated and extravagant room with all the tech and a fully stocked wardrobe. Each night, she snuck across the hall and snuggled up into bed with Caius. He became ever more precious to her in such a short time and she did not know such a thing was possible.
They had not partaken in many s****l escapes with one another but it was unneeded, just the feel of their flesh against one another's was enough to calm them and cocoon them in bliss.
Unfortunately, Attarah was currently acting rather childish, she knew this and felt foolish for what she had done but was too stubborn to apologise. Caius had reluctantly brought up the proposal that she continued to build relationships with his brothers which she took as him becoming bored of her. She could not understand why else he'd be wishing to spend less time with her. It was not within his interest in her mind.
However, Caius knew that the relationships could not be allowed to become so greatly imbalanced, though multiple mates were very rare, it wasn't unheard of. The Kings had witnessed people become completely torn through having two mates, ripping themselves apart to be with both and they feared that Attarah would cause herself real mental damage if she continued to create imbalance. But not only that, Caius did not want Attarah to grow bored of him. She was created to live a life with three mates, not one. And this could be detrimental on a single relationship. Attarah failed to understand the phenomenon.
"Attarah" she twisted around and saw Jane walking up behind her, drowned in a black cloak that made her appear like a walking shadow. "The masters request your presence in the throne room"
"Of course they do" Attarah sighed and Jane giggled. The pair had grown even closer recently, to the delight of them both. The Halloween party was enough to cause this although Attarah found it incredibly drab. The guards all merely congregated in the throne room, danced to ancient tunes, danced unknown steps and practically overwhelmed themselves by glugging down gallons of liquor laced blood. Unfortunately, being the party police, the Kings didn't let so much as a drop of alcohol touch her lips. So spending time with Jane had become her source of entertainment.
"Come along Tara" Jane smiled brighter and linked arms with the girl. Suddenly they found themselves in a torrent of moving air and blurred colour as Jane zoomed along the corridors at incredible speeds, Attarahs feet off the ground. "Here we are" the female twin gestured her forward.
"You're not coming in too?" the brunette questioned.
"there's no need, I am aware what they have to tell you" she smirked and vanished. With an irritated grunt, Attarah entered the throne room and stood before the King. The four of them were the only ones in the room and they stood in silence for a pregnant pause before Attarah crossed her arms and shifted her weight. She artfully avoided eye contact with Caius and attempted to do so with the other Kings, busying her attention with scrutinising the contours of the walls that she knew so well.
"Attarah love" Aro began, hoping for her to look at him, she did so, avoiding his gaze. She was still being petty and irritated with Caius and felt the need to feel the same towards the others. No doubt they had ordered the slowing of Caius' relationship with herself. When she woke up in Caius' bed in the morning, he was gone and thus was the first time she'd seen him all day.
"Yes?" was her reply.
"we called you here because we needed to tell you that tonight we embark on a slight journey. We have two covens to visit, they are not far away but we shall be gone for a few days. Maybe even a week" Aro seemed concerned and scrutinised her reaction. Though she hadn't truly decided what reaction to have.
"... I gather from your expression, that you're leaving me here."
"Do not say it like that my love." Aro gently ordered and appeared in front of her. His hand stroked her right cheek and she instantly felt a longing for him, to be held by him that she didn't have before. Her brow folded in a frown and clearly reading her thoughts, Aros's head tilted to the left slightly. Attarah instantly stepped away. She had not noticed a deep painful longing building in her chest for Aro until he touched her and broke the dam. She was sure she felt the same need for Marcus. However, with their short departure, she was soon to feel an evermore painful need for them.
"How else am I to say it? A week is a long time to be apart." she attempted to explain.
"I am sorry Attarah, but we have no choice in the matter. We must do our duty but we cannot allow you to come to harm within our world." Marcus educated.
"A week will soon pass Tara" Caius spoke and for the first time she looked at him and saw the love in his eyes as she did so.
"You are not at all upset that we shall be separated?" this instantly aroused a reaction as they denied the fact and complained until she blinked and they died down.
"We are very upset darling. But this is our job. One day it will be yours. Please do not fret my darling. We have eternity to spend with one another." Caius promised.
