Saki casted a heal spell to Teiko and they started unleashing Teiko’s power again.

“Wow, he could already endure the pain without even screaming. He might be able to endure 0.25 percent of power,” Saki said.

Teiko started screaming to endure the pain after two minutes. Saki could see how Teiko struggles to last five minutes. Wounds are bursting through Teiko’s body as he endures the pain.

“Healing him would just stop the unleashing of his power so all I could do is watch and make sure he will not die during the process,” Saki said.

The struggle became more intense as Teiko’s body became more and more unrecognizable due to multiple wounds. The light and magic circle dissipates.

“Why? Why did you stop it?!” Teiko exclaimed.

“The tradeoff will not be rewarding, you will suffer a permanent effect if I let the process continue or worst you’ll die,” Saki said.

“But it was almost complete! I’ll be able to last until the end,” Teiko exclaimed.

“We’re not sure about that, you still needed to endure it for a minute and a half and look at your body. The place you’re sitting is now flooded with your own blood,” Saki said. 

 Saki chanted.

Teiko’s body came back to normal. The physical pain he suffers faded.

“Then, just let me have another try today! Just make it less than what you did and I’m sure I can do that,” Teiko said.

“I know that you’ll be able to do that now after several tries, but as we discussed earlier, that last one is your last try for today. Let’s do this again tomorrow,” Saki said.

“Why?! I can still go on! And just like earlier, you can heal my wounds so it’ll be alright,” Teiko said.

“Enough! Let’s go home already, Teiko-nii,” Saki said.

“No! I’m sure I will be able to do this! Saki!” Teiko said.

“Teiko-nii, are you listening to yourself?! I already told you, I can heal your body but not your mind, look how obstinate you are. This is just a proof that your mind is already affected,” Saki exclaimed.

“I see, I get it. I’m sorry, Saki. Let’s go back now,” Teiko said.

The two walk without talking to each other.

“Brother? Are you okay? What happened to you?” Taiya asked after seeing Teiko being too exhausted.

“Nothing, maybe I just overestimated my stamina. I’ll change first then let’s have a meal. I’ll rest afterwards,” Teiko said.

“Geez! I already told you not to do that,” Taiya said.

“It’s just too frustrating that I couldn’t do much,” Teiko said.

“Here you go again with that. Didn’t I tell you that I’ll always be here for you!” Taiya said then hugged Teiko.

I see. I forgot that I should also take care of myself. One day of failing doesn’t mean I already failed my whole life. Teiko thought to himself.

“You stink! Go take a bath already!” Taiya said.

Teiko laughs. He said, “No one told you to hug me.”

Teiko went to grab a change of clothing and proceeded to take a dip in a bath prepared by her sister.

She already prepared this for me, huh? And I can’t get over how beautifully made this house is. Teiko thought.

“Cheered up, already?” Saki asked.

“Saki! What are you doing here? Did you see my naked body?” Teiko said.

“I see, I see. So you’re already alright, then I’m glad,” Saki said.

“What about my question?” Teiko said.

“Anyway, I’m already thinking of how we will train after you obtain some of your powers. But we will discuss that after you get some powers” Saki said.

“You’re really avoiding my question?” Teiko said.

“Just do your best, okay?” Saki said.

Teiko sighs. He said, “Well, I’ve never thought that you’re so concerned about me back there. So you got that side, huh?”

Saki blushed. She replied, “What? I mean! You’re the only person that could see me, of course I don’t want you to die. I’m only doing that since I’m responsible for unleashing your power.”

“Still not accepting it, huh? Are you in love with me?” Teiko teased Saki.

Saki became redder as she blushed. She said, “What? Actually just dropped dead! Hmp! I’m leaving this place and just enjoying my time exploring your new house.”

Saki left the bathroom. Teiko also finished taking a bath and went to their dining area.

“Brother, let’s eat already. About this house, I’ll tour you around if you’re free. Maybe tomorrow?” Taiya said.

“Okay, we’ll do that after I finish my personal training. I’ll go home as early as possible,” Teiko replied.

The training ended and Teiko proceeded to unleash his power in the forest.

“Start!” Saki shouted.

The process started.

“Stop!” Teiko exclaimed.

“Oops! Sorry, I forgot to count. I bet you didn’t expect that. Tee-hee!” Saki said.

“You’re really teasing me, huh? Let’s just continue since my little sister is waiting for me,” Teiko said.

“Too excited, huh? I’m your little sister, too!” Saki replied.

“You’re just literally little. You’re also cute but my Taiya is a lot cuter than you,” Teiko said.

“Start!” Saki exclaimed.

“Stop! What are you doing? Let’s become a little serious here, okay?” Teiko said.

“Hmp! I just want to tease you. Anyway, on the count of three. One, two, three! Go!” Saki said.

The unleashing started and Teiko showed a calm and collected face.

“Well, no doubt about it this time, he’ll for sure endure through it,” Saki said.
