“I see, so all of the zombies here are suffering just like you, Aya,” Teiko said.
Teiko saw the light sword that Aya used and it turned back to a metal sword that has a distinct design.
“This still looks new. Is this a rare sword? No, I can feel it. It’s flowing unto me, it’s a legendary sword. But should I loot it and take it away from Aya. She was eaten maybe years ago, then maybe I could use this sword to take revenge on the Xenocanthus for her,” Teiko said.
Teiko looked at the far distance and he felt that the wave of water was rushing again.
“I can feel that I’m pretty near its mouth due to me running away from Seraphynx. I mean from Aya,” Teiko said.
Sorry, guys. I know that all of you wanted to end your misery here inside the Xenocanthus, but I’ll go back here. I promise! I’ll save everyone, after I leave this place, I’ll kill the Xenocanthus together with my party. Be sure to wait for me. Teiko thought.
Teiko flew towards the sound of the water gushing.
《Crescent Strike》
Teiko cut through the water and continued to move forward.
“What is this? A void?” Teiko said.
He looks at the wall where the water comes from. It is the same as the void that the Xenocanthus used when it teleports.
“Wait? Does this mean I’m in a different dimension and this is not really inside the Xenocanthus belly? But it doesn’t make sense. Some part of the walls feels like its flesh and the acids also add up that it's really the Xenocanthis stomach,” Teiko said.
Teiko looked at the surroundings and saw a lot of skeletons beside the void.
“There’s no acid near the void and I couldn’t see any broken part of their skeleton. Some are nearly returning to dust, this means that they died here waiting to be saved. This means that this void wall is impassable,” Teiko said.
Teiko walked towards the wall and tried to s***h it with his sword. As he strikes it, his sword breaks in half.
“My father’s sword, it breaks. I must have used it so much time, I tried to maintain it but the continuous battle that I fought today might have affected its durability,” Teiko said.
Teiko grabbed the other part of his broken sword and returned the two pieces in his inventory.
“Guess I need to give up on it, but I’ll make sure to treasure it. It’s my first sword after all,” Teiko said.
The reason that there is a void wall here is not because it’s in another dimension, this is just a wall to keep everyone in prison. Teiko thought.
Teiko brought up the sword that he looted from Aya.
“Light can pass through the dimension. This means that I just need to make use of the light attribute of this sword and create some opening for me to walk out of this place,” Teiko said.
《Atomic Execution》
"Teiko!" Akeiko shouted.
"It's really him!" Silica said.
"Saryx, let's go as fast as we can. We need to go near Teiko so we could teleport out of this mess," Saki said.
The four went flying towards Teiko.
"Saki, he's bleeding too much!" Silica said.
"I know, but leaving this place is much more important than that," Saki said.
"Everyone! I'm glad you're all safe," Teiko said.
《Teleport》
The Xenocanthus growl in a distance.
"What happened? We already cross the bridge in an instant? Did you guys defeat the Xenocanthus already?" Teiko asked.
"You got so much question, ask it one by one," Saki said
《Greater Healing》
"Thank you, Saki. But please tell me what happened after I was eaten," Teiko said.
Akeiko told everything that happened.
"You guys just want to buy time? How are you able to do that for six hours if you're saying that Xenocanthis is too powerful for you to handle?" Teiko said.
"What do you mean six hours? We just battled him for thirty minutes at max," Silixa said.
"Wait, does that mean I'm hallucinating or my perception inside its belly is faster than anyway. But it wouldn't make sense since everyone there moves normally in my vision," Teiko said.
"So it's true, the myth said that there's civilization inside the Xenocanthus myth and the time in its belly is much faster than the real world," Silica said.
"It would make sense if that's the case. Though I wouldn't call it a civilization," Teiko said.
"So? Let's get going?" Akeiko asked.
"Wait? Are we not going to fight it anymore? I'm here already? Is me being here not that significant against the Xenocanthus?" Teiko asked.
"Yeah, as Akeiko told you, it treats us just like a plaything. Well, it'll change if you join and I will become serious about fighting it. It will surely fight back seriously this time, but we will not last long," Saki replied.
"That powerful, huh?" Teiko asked.
"Yup, if we're going to fight against it, we need five people of the same power as me to have an equal footing in terms of power against it," Saki replied.
"No way, then we need at least six Demigods to win against it?" Silica said.
"Yup, that's the power of one of the seven Tribulations," Saki replied.
This means that I have no choice but to abandon those undead that are suffering there. I should have done more if I know that this is the case though I need to escape at it or else my party members will suffer. Guys, I'm sorry, but my promise remains, I'll come back. Teiko thought.
"If they're that powerful, then why aren't they destroying the whole world?" Teiko asked.
"Because God told them not to do so, they are just a threat from God so they are restricted from doing anything outside their own territory," Saki replied.
Okay, it's better not to tell them about Aya. I'll carry this burden alone. Teiko said.
"Then, let's get going," Teiko said.
"What is that? We're too focused on our conversation that we didn't notice this scenery," Akeiko said.
They saw a wide field that was covered in red flowers.
"That's higanbana. That means, we're already in the Abysmal Territory," Saki said.
“What? I thought it would take another six months for us to reach it,” Teiko said.
“That’s the case five years ago, I didn’t realize that they already expanded up to here,” Saki replied.
