Watching everything unfold while sitting in the back of the SUV, I wished I hadn’t left. Even when I pointed the g*n at Quinn, her father didn’t react. Rather, he wanted to lose his own daughter, which is weird because he was advocating for his daughter to become the Luna of Moonbloom Pack.
I stayed with Enzo, watching his wounds heal after the Healer had applied some herbs and ointment on them to aid his healing.
“He’s going to be fine in a day or two, but I don’t know about Quinn’s father.” The moment he uttered those words, a text came in.
“That was specimen A. I hope you handled it perfectly.” I knew the specimen the sender was talking about was none other than Alpha Kane.
