Ryan’s POV
“It’s been two weeks since she left, and I’ve had the best times with you, and I want this never to end, Ryan. You’re the man of the hour, and she’s boring. She’s nothing without you.” Jade muttered, trailing her fingers on my chest.
It was a fun night, and it ended with her showering me with praise, which I found very soothing to my ears.
“She’s an urchin who reeks of poverty, if she comes back begging…”
“Don’t even mention that you’re going to accept her back. If you do that, I’d take my daughter and leave you for good, don’t you dare, Ryan.” She chimed in, sounding it as a warning.
“I can’t trade my daughter for her. She’s nothing to me, Jade. There’s no reason for you to be worried. If she comes back, I’d make a mockery of her in public and send her away for good.” I
