Rose's POV
Having Eve here with me after such a long time made everything much better. Eve stayed the night in my room and none of us slept. we talked at length about a lot of things. She told me what was new in her life, and how she managed to restart the restaurant again after the incident.
I couldn't have asked for a better gift than this one, and I was thankful to Lucas for making this happen. Now I can see why it is so easy to love him. He goes out of his way to make me happy all the time, which was something no man had ever done for me, not even Liam. Lucas was an enigma with an epitome of two different sides, and sometimes I find it hard to read him. He could be a beast and a killing machine one minute, then sweet and cuddle the next.
