Sara accompanied officers to Sheriff"s Headquarters to attend a debriefing. It had to be done immediately. Timing was important for memory and talking things through would be good therapy for her. They gave her contact information for the department psychologist if she needed follow-up. After signing over the tape from her recorder into evidence and on her way out, she caught Johanna leaving to resume patrol. “I-I"m sorry, Johanna.
