“I didn’t think you were going to do it.” Logan stated, his voice glad and amused, “I will keep to my promise and find out where the Alpha is being held.”
“I am counting on you.” Once he finds the body, I am walking out on Phoenix even if we are at the altar. “You have today and tomorrow to find him Logan, I do not want to get married to Phoenix and this is the only way to get me out of this mess.”
“I will do as I promised.”
I am not going to be relieved until I get a positive response. “Thank you, Logan, I am hoping to hear from you soon.” Disconnecting the call, I walked over to the window and looked out in time to see Mia’s car drive in.
