Chapter 5

ATHENA POV

I woke up to someone telling me to scoot over "go away im sleeping" I said, "stop whining and let me get into bed" I instantly recognized that voice Klaus I finally scoot over and he climbed into bed he tried to hug me but I turned away from him "whats wrong love" he asked "you woke me upp" I said "come here" so I turned around and he hugged me and I finally let the darkness consume me. I woke up to a loud growl, I open my eyes and turned towards the door and only saw a dark figure followed by a slam of my door "what was that?" I asked "I dont know". I looked at my phone and turned it on it was already 8:30, "what time did you get here?" I asked Klaus "I got here like at 4:54" he answered "what the f**k, get out of here I need to help with the decorations for the barbecue" I said "fine I need to help too" he stayed quiet for 3  seconds then said "bye love" he gave me a quick peck and ran out the door I texted him and said . (A= Athena, K= Klaus)

A. Why did you run out my room, weirdo???

K. Because your uncle warned me that if he caught me in your room early in the morning or if he ever catches me sneaking out he would cut off my d**k.

A. Oh, well did he catch you ??

K. Nah im in my car now silly, if he did I wouldn't be texting you beautiful 

A. Oh ok good, because I dont want a d**k less boyfriend :)

K. Wtv luv you know you would still want me ;), im going to drive ill text you when I get home.

A. Ok, drive safe baby byee

K. I will, bye love

I got up out of bed and went into the shower, I took a quick 15 minute shower when I got out I changed into some sweats and a black hoodie that belonged to Zack I got it and something fell on the floor and made a loud thump, it was his cologne I picked it up and smelt it and it smelled so much like him I instantly remembered everything the jokes, his smile, his eyes, the date nights, everything we did together. A tear slipped out and I quickly wiped it away, I sprayed some on his hoodie then put it on Klaus doesn't deserve this, im not ready for a relationship and I dont want to hurt him, I decided to tell him that im not ready for a relationship I remembered the way Samantha looked at him yesterday with a love, and admiration and you could just tell that she actually loved him so im going to tell her that she has a chance with him. I put on my black air maxs and walked out my room I bumped into a hard chest, before I could fall a strong pair of arms caught me I looked up and met with some icy blue eyes "im sorry are you ok?" he asked me I was still blinded by his eyes and I couldn't stop starring into them, "uhh.. yea im fine... your Blake right? I still dont remember half of the names of the people I've met lately, your the one dating Samantha right?" I hated when I rambled on "uhh yea im Blake, and your Athena right?, and yes again im the one dating Samantha if you dont mind me acting I know how my friend smells I live with him, he doesn't smell like this you smell like another guy, may I ask who?" "umm... yea your right, I was just on my way too let him know that I cant be in a relationship right now, im still not over my ex and I dont want to hurt him so im going to go tell him that." he looked at me with admiration and I couldn't tell what else was in his eyes, "thank you, for not leading him on it saves him the heart break and it saves us the worry" he says with a genuine smile "hey do you have Samantha's number ?, I was thinking of becoming friends with her" I asked him "uh yea I do its 3-1-0-7-3-5-8-8-8-4, did you get that ?" he asked me "uh yea I did, thanks I got to go and thanks again byee" I say before running off I ran outside and called Samantha (S= Samantha, A= Athena)

S.  Hey, do I know you, how did you get my number ?

A.  Uhh... im Athena, the girl you met at the huge house with the garden yesterday...

S. Ohh yea can I help you ?

A. Yea, I saw the way you starred at Klaus yesterday-

S. I wont be friends with him anymore just dont hurt me pleaseee!!

A. No, I was going to say that, im not ready for a relationship right now and I think that maybe you should go for it with him...

S. Oh my god- are you serious???

A. Yes, I am I say you go for it hes a great guy and you guys would make the perfect couple!!, unless your into Blake I understand...

S. NO NOO, what happened yesterday was to make Klaus jealous, I know I sound like a little girl

A. No you dont my mom used to say do whatever it takes to get what you want 

S. Wow she sounds like a great mom

A. She was..

S. OH im sorry im so dumb, im sorry for your loss

A. Its fine dont worry about it you didn't know ill see you later at the barbecue right

S. Yea ill be there, cant wait to see you ill introduce you to some girls

A. Oh ok see you later bye

S. Bye

Got that down now Klaus I thought to myself- "BOO" Someone yelled behind me "AH f**k"  "hi beautiful" said a deep voice which I instantly knew, KLAUS, "you scared meee" I yelled "whatever give me a kiss" "Klaus i have to tell you something.." I said, my nerves were starting to kick in "yea, tell me..." whelp  here goes nothing "I cant be in a relationship right now, im still not over my ex and I dont want to hurt you" I said "wow" after a few seconds of silence he continued his sentence with "thanks for telling me I appreciate that, can I get a hug ?" he asked "yea of course, I know you see the way Samantha looks at you so why dont you give her a try ?"  I asked bravely "ill give it a try" he says pulling back giving me a big smile "lets go help" he says "ok lets goo" we left and started working 

--4 HOURS LATER-- 

I walked downstairs in my white sundress with a white bathing suit under and white strap on heels, everyone stopped what they were doing to look at me. My eyes connected with some Icy blue eyes we started at each other until he looked away I walked  down the rest of the stairs when I walked outside I saw 4 girls in the hot tub all of the with different bathing suits as I walked past someone called out to me "hey Athena these are my friend!!" I turned around and saw Samantha next to 3 girls in bathing suits "hey im Amanda" said a girl with olive skin color, brown eyes and dark red hair "hey im Athena", "hey im Lucy" a blonde, light tan skin color with hazel eyes said "Athena", "im Sarah" a brown haired girl with darkish tan skin color and green eyes, "im Athena, by the way you guys are all beautiful" I said "awe" they said in unison "thanks but girlll your so prettyyyy" said Amanda "thanks haha", "wanna join us ?" asked Lucy "uhhh yea let me put my clothes on a chair and ill be right back" I said giving them a big smile. I walked towards a empty chair beside the pool, I stripped off my clothes, took my shoes off and placed them on top of the chair. It was a hot day but chilling in the hot tub with a few new friends wouldn't hurt right? I slowly walked towards the hot tub and climbed in. 

BLAKES POV 

I saw her walk out the back door of the house in her white sundress her hair down in beach waves her hair reaching her waist a bit above her perfectly sculpted ass, she took my breath away. We locked eyes for about 3 seconds but she looked away it lowkey got on my nerves I wanted to stare at those beautiful eyes of hers but she looked away, then a couple seconds later she walked up too Amanda, Samantha, Sarah, and Lucy. They exchanged words for about 1 or 2 minutes then she left towards an empty chair and started stripping, I saw the way all the unmated wolves looked at her with lust in there eyes. It pissed me off I felt like punching someone but I suppressed the anger, as soon as her dress dropped my d**k instantly turned hard at the sight of her perfectly round breasts and her curves. "s**t" I muttered I made my mind think of something else but it wouldn't go away "guys ill be back I have to use the restroom" I didn't wait for a response and jogged towards the bathroom. After finally releasing I walked out and saw Jack laughing with Athena next to her on a chair. I saw RED. But I managed to suppress the anger building up in me. I saw how she starred at him, the way she smiled when he said a joke the way her eyes lit up when she laughed, it was starting to get dark and cold and i saw how he offered her his sweater she accepted it and put it on. It was almost time.

4 HOURS LATER

It was time. "Thanks for coming here this evening and welcoming my niece to the pack" Alpha Elijah said I looked towards Athena who had a puzzled look "Athena dear, come join me here please" Elijah said to Athena, she hesitatingly walked up and stood next to Elijah. "Athena dont freak out and could you please have an opened mind?" asked Elijah "ummm ok" she answered "could everyone do me the pleasure of shifting please?" bones started breaking, and before you knew it the backyard was full of wolves and the only person standing was Athena, too stunned to even move. Before I knew it she was falling towards the ground, I shifted back to human form and ran towards her I managed to catch her before she hit the floor she muttered something before she lost full conciseness "wolves" and she fell limp. "Hurry take her too her room" Elijah yelled I ran towards her room and layed her down and covered her up "son go get dressed dont worry, the pack doctor is her" he said reassuring me. I nodded my head and went downstairs to get dressed.
