"Liz, let us stay together tonight, please." I pleaded for the second time.
It was on a weekend and we had spent the day together, but now, I was reluctant to let her go. Every part of me was vehemently against the idea and I wanted her to feel what I felt too.
I had known from the first time she glanced at her wristwatch that she was reluctant to leave too. She had looked at the watch and had turned to me smiling.
"Mom would be expecting me home. She already thinks there could be something keeping me out.... I don't know how she just thought about you and made you fit into the picture." She said, chuckling.
