When I called Liz later that day expecting her to have finished her lectures for the day, she did not take the call. I tried several times and she still did not. I was already thinking which would make more sense, wait by her car or go to her lecture theater and wait for her to come out?
What if she was using the resource center? What if she had left with a friend? I sighed and made up my mind to wait by her car, but there was no car that I recognized to be hers.
It was either she had suddenly changed her car or she had left, or maybe she had not been in school at all.
