CHAPTER 6
Three weeks came and went much faster than Hazel would have liked. Thanks to her spending the first in her bed, resting as the doctor required, she had only two more with Eric and her brother before they left for California. Eric and Anthony made a point of practicing on acoustic instruments in her room while she was healing so that she could hear their new material. Eric made no effort to hide that she was his muse for some of the songs he had written. Anthony had raw talent and while he was very dramatic in delivery his bass playing was precise.
