CHAPTER 14
In the weeks that followed, the last leg of the tour was completed. Elaina, Anthony, Eric, Hazel, and the rest of the band were looking forward to returning home. Hazel in particular was looking forward to learning more from her mother about who their biological father was. While she had met a few more times with her mother since the first time, she still did not know all that she would like about the man that her mother had an affair with before he passed away.
“Earth to Hazel, come in Hazel.” Eric’s voice roused her from the daydream she had been indulging in.
Smiling, she leaned over on the bunk cot and kissed him on the nose before signing.
