The games started smoothly when Diego came to me after talking with Zephyrius, I was so scared they would pick up a fight but he kisses me by the neck and says he misses me.
“I'm sorry about last night, are you still mad at me Kestrel?” He asked and I gulped hard, not able to stare at his face.
I feel so guilty that my throat burns, I thought it's always the guys who cheat in a relationship but I guess I'm the villain here. I cheated on my boyfriend, the one I've always wanted and it felt good. Like, really good.
What's wrong with me? I was supposed to be staying away from Zeph but how can you stay away from the only man who is one way to your redemption. He can beat my father's ass if he wants to and I need him, call me selfish but that's the truth.
