I received yet another glare from Crowel. The rest of Seth’s pack either already accepted my presence here and were already friends with me or simply indifferent. Even West had already been talking to me lately. He’s still randomly passive-aggressive, but it’s not so bad… except for when he randomly tried to win an arm wrestling against me. My strength still surprises me.
But Crowel is different. Even Zira tells me to be careful around him. Something tells me he’s not up to something good, but I don’t have any evidence to support that claim.
I looked at the bracelet Ysabel gave me. I haven’t had the chance to talk to Seth about it since he’s been away for work. I asked Lauren, but he simply dismissed my worry and assured me that Seth was all right.
