I stood up and began walking towards the door but halted and crouched down upon hearing the sharp crack of lightning, which was soon followed by a loud clap of thunder.
The rain wasn't that heavy, but the wind sounded scary. There seemed to be a helicopter situated on the rooftop of this house, and it sounded scary to me.
Xavion stayed at the storage house outside, like the other night. I'm concerned about him because he refused to stay with me in this brick house, and now that the storm's eye is coming, I fear for his safety.
When I opened the door, the sheet of lightning spread in the sky consecutively, giving a glimpse of light in the dark environment outside. The wind is crazy and quite intense. It could easily knock you off your feet.
