Leo's apartment.
I supported his drunken body and struggled to open the door.
It was a small apartment, simply decorated, even a bit shabby.
The room was filled with random everyday items, and the most prominent piece was a clothing rack holding numerous men's suits. Among them, a few appeared expensive based on the fabric.
Due to a lack of proper care, a layer of dust had settled on the clothes.
Today, I explained the plan to Leo in detail. He seemed visibly nervous after hearing it.
After all, this task was far more difficult than his usual routine of deceiving women with feelings.
Despite my repeated assurances that the plan was low-risk and that I had a way to help him escape safely, a con man could never fully trust another person—it was in his nature.
