One night, Jacob took Emily on a surprise date. He blindfolded her and led her through the forest, holding her hand . As they walked, Emily could hear the sound of a guitar being played.

"Jacob, what is this?" Emily asked.

"Shh," Jacob replied.

Finally, they arrived at a clearing where Jacob had set up a romantic candle-lit date. The sky was filled with stars. As they sat down, Jacob began to play his guitar and sing to Emily.

Emily was moved to tears by the beautiful song Jacob had sung for her.The next day, Emily took Jacob to her secret spot by the river which she had never shared with anyone before.As they sat by the river, Emily took a deep breath and finally revealed her heart condition. "Jacob, there is something I have to tell you," she began. "I have a congenital heart defect. It's a rare condition where the walls of my heart are thickened, making it hard for blood to flow through. Sometimes, I get really short of breath."

Jacob looked at her with understanding in his eyes. "Emily, I will always be here for you," he said. "We will face the challenges together."Emily felt so relieved that she had shared her secret with Jacob. She knows she has found her true love.
