They drove to the airport and boarded a plane to Paris. Emily had always wanted to go there, but they hadn't had a chance to go yet.
They arrived in Paris and walked the romantic streets. They visited the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and even took a boat ride on the Seine River. At night, they would sit in cafes and drink wine, holding hands and watching the world go by.
One night, as they were walking by the Seine River, Jacob turned to Emily and said, "Emily, you are my everything. I can't imagine a life without you. I feel so lucky that I met you in that small town so many years ago."
"Jacob, you are the love of my life. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you," Emily replied.
