The elevator whisks us upward and dings as we step into the floor.

To the right, I catch sight of a magnificent reception area with transparent glass doors, sleek and intimidating. That must be Alex’s office. It practically screams power.
We turn left instead, stopping at another door. Inside stands three people. Two men and one bubbly-looking girl.
