Yui looked up at the blue sky and closed her eyes, basking on the warmth of the morning sun.
It was a bright day. The sky was clear, and it was one of those precious times that she felt light.
Yui thought she could never have this kind of peace. She thought she could escape everything when she arrived in Creek Side. But she was wrong.
She felt so scared that someone would suddenly attack her, and the twins and Tolkien would end up getting in the crossfire. She wasn't really afraid of dying. In fact, she wished death so many times before.
But it was when she already had people to protect that she started fearing death. So she was always on alert whenever the four of them were out. She constantly looked back to make sure no one was following them or trying to ambush them.
