Somewhere in the Rocky Mountains CALEB This cave was perfect. It was as if Mother Nature had built it to provide a shelter to whoever stepped into this side of the mountain. I was pretty sure that our father, Balthazar, had placed it in our way. We happened upon it after hours of running-we had crossed the border and were now somewhere in Colorado.
