"Good morning students, I know what you are all thinking right now seeing me on the stage. I know you all expect some old boring speech from me that you should work hard, study hard so you can get ahead in life and all that old crap. But believe me, I'll tell you the opposite. I'll tell you what my father told me when I was of your age, which my grandfather told my father when my father was of your age. He told me that Life is what you made out of it, life is what you love for yourself and think you'll be happy and content with. So always live with passion and confidence. And always be open to new ideas. Let yourself free from any boundaries and you will achieve what you never even imagined. I've told my daughters the same and they know what it means to live a life of your choice. Now when I look at them happy in their lives I feel proud not just as a father but also as their first teacher as well.
When my grandparents founded this university they had a dream in their eyes. They wanted to create a future where progress is not a choice but the only way to move forward. Where your dreams can turn into reality. So they turned their dream into reality. And their dream has been fulfilling many dreams ever since then. Today I am happy and also emotional at the same time because their dream is now a century old. But I assure you all today, that This is just a small milestone in its big journey combined with the journey of thousands of others who realized their dreams with it. I will wish all the best for your future ahead." He said and walked down the stairs. The room was echoing with the sound of people clapping and cheering for him.
No one knows the words that came out of his mouth were actually just empty words with absolutely no meaning behind it. They were just empty words which he asked her secretary to write down for him on a piece of paper. He never told us anything that he mentioned in his speech about life. He never actually let us live our lives. Rather he always meddled in my life and ordered me around.
All he did was a lie. Lie to show otherwise that we are a happy family. Lie that he loves me. It's all just pure white lies.
