The same day, 5 p.m.,
“it’s so good to see you.” I hugged Megha, I picked her up from her school we planned on going to a restaurant. I was hungry. I haven’t eaten anything since breakfast.
“Mmmmm!!” she hugged me tightly. “how long has it been, girl!! You looked great.”
‘oh! She hasn’t seen me after my miraculous transformation.’ I remembered.
“Thanks!! How was your date by the way?” I asked.
“it was great actually and it made me hungry.”
“hungry huh?” I said. “you said no s*x on the first date.”
“no not that hungry. I mean I am staring.”
“Okay, so where do you wanna eat? Or rather what?”
“I don’t know you decide…”
“you know I okay with anything,” I said.
“then how about sushi. I am really craving one.”
“sounds great. There is a restaurant nearby.”
