Chapter 39When they got off at Shimokitazawa Station, Sukanya took Chiho’s arm. Temporary mats were taped to the floor for the remodeling of the station and tarps clipped to scaffolds formed a tunnel to the exits. Outside, they headed toward Yotaro’s club, flowing along with the tide of club goers, partiers, and shoppers in the cool of the night. “He has the passport?” Sukanya asked. “He said he did. But Yotaro is a hard person to read.” “Maybe he forgive. You don’t cause trouble.
