Chapter 14Evelína skipped lunch. She couldn't stomach the happy, carefree faces that crowded the tables at the cafeteria. Her loss, her pain and her bouts of sporadic anger made her an outsider. She was a broken jigsaw puzzle, and the pieces that once made her whole were buried with Andrei's body. She wandered aimlessly down the deserted hallway and thought of him.
