On his entrance to the dungeon he found himself going through a tunnel at a rapid pace; without control over his body. Initially he could make out the various colors surrounding him and the tunnel like path but soon the light blinded him. The next moment he was out and Heidan was momentarily blinded by the previous light. a strong feeling of fatigue and nausea hit him.

Heidan noticed that the people around him weren't any better. Some were bawling while spewing out their insides, most of the volunteers seemed affected after traveling through the passage of the dungeon.

Heidan observed , there were only 10 of them in the team. he was previously curious on how the dungeon would accomodate all of them. 'i can see that we are currently in Zone no.764'. 'it could be possible the rest were probably sent to a different zone'.
They were currently in a cross road, the portal had disappeared after they had entered the dungeon.

A man clapped his hand, gaining everyone's attention, "all of you must have noticed by now, there is only 10 of us together. We all need to work as a team right now if we are to get out of this place. we'll need to quickly find the rest of the mili.." DrerdrRrrrrr!!!
Suddenly the ground started to tremble. The Sound was coming from the Eastern side of the Dungeon. Everyone took up their weapons and braced themselves for the arrival of this unknown.
'Did they notice us when we entered this Dungeon' Heidan started thinking, 'this is bad news if this is true'. Heidan shouted, "They have detected our arrival in the dungeon! whatever is approaching us right now may not be the only existence present inside the dungeon."
while sweating, Heidan continued, "we need to quickly hide ourselves. if possible we could even ambush them."

a person with a Machete questioned, "how can we ambush them? we don't have a single person with a gun among us!".

Heidan replied, "i agree, having a gun gives us a big advantage but at the moment none of us are carrying a gun. What I meant by ambushing is, if any of you checked the system you can see that the current level of the Dungeon is considered Easy." some of them nodded to what Heidan just said.
"Although it is not guaranteed we can be succesful in the ambush, but since the System declared this dungeon to be Easy after assessing our own stats, I feel we have a chance". everyone started thinking over what was just spoken.
Heidan continued with a grave expression, "Anyway, we don't have time with us. we need to quickly find a place to hide ourselves. if possible find a place suitable for an ambush.
Everyone agreed, they needed to find a safer place. And so, after some deliberation they started heading over the western side of the tunnel.
after a minute of running they had arrived at a place which had stalagmite like structures all around. The team chose this place to hide. This place would enable to hide and ambush at the same time. after each of them found a place to hide in, they started waiting and soon enough the previous sound started ringing louder, soon it became into a blaring noise.
The ground was trembling and some of the stalactites started crashing down, and the source behind this was a sound which sounded like an arrival of a stampede.

Soon enough all of them could see that bull like monsters were charging inside the area where the team was hiding in. There was close to 8-12 of such beasts charging in. The apperance of the beast was similar to a bull, but bigger in size and they had two tails growing behind them instead of one.

As Heidan was observing these creature, the system pokedex came in,

[[ A wild beast from the Planet Akansa, commonly found in the Zone of Bainen. They are robust and timid in nature. if possible avoid their stampede. ]]

Some of the Charging beast couldn't stop their charge in time and crashed on the stalagmite rock like structures. after the collision, some of the beast were either injured or stuck among the rocks. A few of the beasts seemed to have regained their sanity and they fled the way they had come through.

Suddenly there was a shadow of a figure charging towards the beasts. Heidan, was the first to make his move. He had found a target that seemed to have been buried under the rocks. The beast was struggling desperately to climb out of the collapsed debris(stalactites) but it couldn't extract itself. The beast was already injured and bleeding.
"Haah!" While weilding the Machete with both of his hand, he swinged it towards the beasts neck with all his strength!
"Thump!" immediately felt a jolt in his hand. 'The cut is not deep enough. Again!' Heidan started swinging his Machete again and again and... finally the beast perished with unwillingness in its eyes. Heidan himself was heaving for a breath of air. after the adrenaline rush a moment ago, he was momentarily tired, especially his palms and arm were numb from his previous actions.

Heidan was surprised that he leveled up twice. When the system was synchronised there was no mention of the requirement needed for leveling up. Heidan knew he didn't had the time to ponder over this at the moment.
"System, allocate 4 points into strength attribute!"

Heidan felt a wave of strength flowing through his body. He noticed that some of his teammates had charged over as well and they were repeating the previous actions of Heidan, Chopping and Swinging their Machete.

After taking a deep breath, He started rushing towards another target and he repeated the same actions of swinging his Machete. The target this time was partially buried so it was a bit troublesome to kill the beast. The other change being that the power behind the swings performed by Heidan were more devastating. He didn't feel his arms going numb this time.

"System, allocate 2 stat points to dexterity!", after making the command Heidan charged over the next target which was being bullied by 3 of his teammates.

By the end of the whole fiasco, the team had somehow managed to bring down 8 beasts. 3 of the team were slightly injured during the ambush. But everyone had gained levels; especially Heidan, he had taken the initiative to charge around the whole battlefield. The battle had been exhausting but rewarding as well. Heidan had gained around 5 levels.
Everyone was shaken after this battle. Though none of them were trained for warfare, everyone present in the team had the guts to tackle the Dungeon's unknown. This in turn had made the previous battle winnable since no one cowered at the sight of the beasts.

"Stay vigilant, we don't know were we are right now. who knows, someone might have already noticed the disturbance we made." Heidan spoke out with a furrowed expression.

Someone from the team spoke out, "I'm glad with the success from the previous fight" it was a young man with a casual outfit. "I'm Takar, from C'sector. I'm glad to have met all of you." he smiled with an awkward expression after the introduction.
The crowd saw through it, so they all started introducing themselves as well. They spoke about the levels Gained during the battle and started sharing the information of their talents as well. when it came to Heidan's turn, with an awkward expression he said, "I'm sorry, but I believe you shouldn't be sharing your talents info casually to any random strangers." after hesitating a bit he continued, "since all of you have already shared your information it is only fair that I repay the courtesy."

"my talent is absorption. the system has graded is a B grade talent. the talent has the probability of stealing some of the hit points(Life) lost in battle after the enemies are slain personally by my own actions." Heidan lied about his talent.

"no wonder you were so ferocious while charging at those beasts. we all have been injured in different amounts during the fight but you who fought the most, still seem full of vitality" said John, John has a D grade talent of Quick Hands, this talent allows him to be more dexterous with his hand movements.

"boss Heidan, please be our bus and rally us!" said Takar. another man with a B grade talent, named Mia grinned, "yeah, we will ride your bus, no, we'll ride your tank, haha!" the rest started laughing at Heidan's helpless smile.

Soon the team had enough rest, especially after the previous battle they had some confidence built up. more so after knowing one of them had a C Grade talent of Perception, which could work like a radar for dangers.

After getting their gears ready, they ventured deeper into the Dungeon.
