Cara’s POV
“Can you please come into my office?” I heard behind me and I swung around to see Dr. Patricia standing there. I had just walked into the nurse’s station with Dr. Foster, and he was asking if I would have the time to go to the cafeteria for lunch with him today.
He glanced at me as I looked at him, and he gave me a “what’s this about look” and I shrugged, because I wasn’t sure what this was all about.
“Huh, right now?” I asked and Dr. Patricia nodded her head.
I furrowed my brows as I looked at her, but then I nodded and said. “Okay then. I’ll come to you soon, as soon as I’m done recording this in the log.” I gestured to the book in front of me.
She nodded herself and said, “Yeah, make it quick.” And then she walked off.
