Get it over with? Was that something I wanted to do? I asked myself as I thought over it, then with I sigh, I thought of what else was there to say and tease her about.
Eventually, I decided to let her off the hook… at least a little. “Alright, come on,” I said, standing up. “It’s up in my room. I’ll let you have it back. You’ve suffered enough.” I said with a small smile.
I loved it when we had moment like this, once that didn’t end up in arguments and fights, and it was her best friend that set up the motion for it, so maybe I should be thanking her.
Seeing as I still haven’t met her yet, maybe I should ask her to lunch with Cara one of these days at work, or something like that.
