I and my mom were stunned in awe

“The owner has been looking for somebody to give these shoes because his daughter did not accept this gift.”
As we looked at her.
“He was moved when you told your daughter that she has been a good one and you would do your best for her.”
I looked at my mom and cried again.
“See, there are perks for being a good daughter. Who would have known.”
And I took the shoes. It’s a silvery aqua blue shoe with embellishments. It has a 2” heel height and perfect for my size.
“Would you like to take a fit?”
And I took it and wore it on my feet.
