The new girl

Chapter 1

{ Rain’s pov }

I couldn’t believe it, I was finally getting away from the pack who hated me most. As my parents drove away from the place I called home for the last 17 years of my life I could help but wonder what was to come of the new pack.

My name is Rain Arizona, I’m from the sliver star pack, and have one i***t kid brother Mathew and my polar opposite sister river. While river was one of the most popular girls at my old pack, I legitimately only had two friends. She was the perfect 5”8 brown eyed brunette that only cared about what her hair was gonna look like if it rained or was humid out. I was the 5”4 dirty blonde blue/green eyed girl that only cared about training and my school work. While my brother on the other hand was just like me, but everyone seemed to love him.

I don’t exactly know the reason we had to up and leave so soon from our pack to a new one. All I know was alpha Eric no longer wanted me in his pack. I don’t really know why I’ve only spoke to him about two times in my life but good riddance I don’t want to be somewhere I’m not wanted anyways. I’m sure the pack we are going to will be better anyways. It’s supposed to be the biggest in North America.

“It’s your fault” I hear river quickly say. “It’s not but whatever helps you sleep at night” I give attitude while saying back. “Girls it’s no one’s fault” my mother says. She was just like my sister talk dark hair. “ we are moving because the red moon pack has way more to offer than what sliver star did, isn’t that right hunny?” My mom said sound confident in her answer “yes, exactly dear.” My dad just agrees without listening. “We are almost there so be ready everyone” mom says before I tune everyone out again.

We were only about 20 minutes away from the red moon pack now and i just start to feel nervous. I just think about how everyone stopped talking to me the day I shifted. I was the weird one because my wolf looked different than everyone else’s. Because I was smaller and faster and could almost win any fight I wanted to. That’s mostly why people just stayed away from me.

“Rain!” “Rain!” “RAIN!” I hear my mother yelling at me. I finally listen. “We are here are you ready, we have to report to our new alpha and you’re the only one that seems to not care” she says to me. “Sorry my I was just lost in my own world really, I’ll get it together I’m sorry”. We finally arrive in front of the pack house and I look over to see my sister putting on pounds of make up to impress anyone and anything since she’s 19 and still hasn’t found her mate.

I watch my whole family get out of the car and we are soon met by some staff at the pack house who start to lead us up to the alphas office. “Alpha Jax said he would like to meet one of you at a time” the worker says. “I’ll go first” my sister screams with excitement. Probably because she thinks the alpha will be her mate. Next was my father and then mother my little brother than last me.
