My date with Vivian never went well. I never considered taking her on a date, but I did so for the sake of our wedding anniversary. I've been thinking about Emily since my mother told me about how she met her in Rome. I am sure she is having a great time with Collin right now.
To see how jealous I was, I spent most of my evenings searching the internet for recent posts of them. Their vacation has only lasted two days, but I am eager for her to come back, mostly for one reason— I learned that Emily had turned down my proposal for a partnership.
