Emily’s POV
We had a pleasant flight back to the United States. Despite my satisfaction at seeing Lorenzo at last, I was still a little restless and interested in learning more about him.. I can’t tell why I find this mysterious aura surrounding him. And as for Collin, I could sense how uneasy he was whenever Lorenzo responded to some of my questions. This has led me to two conclusions–Do more investigations about Collin, Lorenzo and his friends and Speak to Collin about everything that is bothering me.
Collin clasped his hands on mine after we alighted from the plane. I forced a smile on my face after locking eyes with him. He tore his gaze from mine as he took it to his wristwatch.
Bringing his wrist to his face, he wore a frown on his face as he checked the time.
