I had been in here for 2 days now. No one has come to tell me if I will have extra charges, or to take my story of the events. I have just been here, existing, forgotten. I have been trying to stay busy so my mind does not go back to the place it was before. The place where I blamed myself. It was not my fault, I did not ask for any of this. Honestly, I am tired of dealing with the consequences for my reaction to a situation I did not ask to be put in. When I was little, this is not the dream I had in mind. I have spent the hours working out, I will not be caught off guard and unprepared ever again. I have heard the screams, seen the fights, and witnessed what happens. I won't let that be me.

"Huxley, you have a visit." "I'm in solitary." I reply. "Did I ask that?" The man replies snarkily. I bet it makes him feel good to degrade women all day and be adored for it. We eventually make it to a room. It resembles a conference room, but in a prison. There was a desk in the middle of the room, one window, and two guards standing inside. Besides this, the room was empty. Rebecca sits at the desk, wearing that smile I have already come to hate. "Good afternoon Mrs." She stops and immediately corrects herself. "MISS Huxley. I heard there was an altercation?" "Does it really matter?" My long red hair falls over my shoulders in messy tangles as I lean back in my seat and try to get comfortable. "Well, if I am going to be on your team and actually help, I can't be clueless to the things that are going on. Can I?" She asks this in a way a parent would scold you. "I was minding my own business and they got what they deserved for trying to mess with me." "Why would they want to mess with you though? You haven't done anything particularly worse than the other inmates here." She keeps pressing for more information. "That's her sister." "Who's sister?" At this point I am getting tired of her playing stupid. "How are you going to help me if you haven't even read my files?" "I have read them Mona, I was just wondering if there is a reason you won't say their names?"
