“Visiting any teenage girls tonight?” Kyle nudged against my shoulder, that teasing grin shining back at me. I groaned, letting my head fall back as we walked across the lacrosse field. After our coach had decided to run a full training day on a Saturday, I felt completely exhausted. Plus, with Ben having had to cover us for the whole day on the superhero front, I was sure he would be throwing his hands up in defeat by the time I made it home. Just what I wanted to add to an already tiring day, a night of superhero patrols. I would never get a night off at this rate.
