The rest of the weekend ended up being chaotically busy, and it wasn’t just Ben’s annoying calls that were keeping me busy. Between robberies and violence downtown, I was kept out nearly every night far too late. Spending my days at school passed out on my desk, I was getting pretty good at sleeping upright. My grades though, were another story. I was doing the bare minimum for school work, but as long as I graduated, it didn’t matter. The worst part of all of it, was how little time I’d had for Allison.
