We arrived at the cinema and found a parking spot near the entrance.
The moment Stephanie stepped out of the vehicle, I reached for her hand.
She immediately tried to pull away.
I was expecting that.
My grip tightened, not enough to make her uncomfortable. She shot me an annoyed look.
I gave her a smirk in return.
“Too much?” I asked.
After a moment, she threaded her fingers through mine instead.
By now, I was beginning to enjoy those looks from her.
When we entered the lobby, we quickly found Cameron and Tiffany waiting near the concession stand.
